Palm Club FAQ
What's included in each Palm Club visit?
Each visit is a full regular cleaning of your home, using our room-by-room house cleaning checklist.
What is the free add-on?
Each month you can add one extra, like inside the fridge, inside the oven or a load of laundry, at no charge.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause up to 30 days a year, which is great for summer travel.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Moving between Breeze, Tide and Shoreline is easy. Your plan terms, including how to change or cancel, are spelled out in your service agreement before you sign.
Why start with a deep clean?
If your home hasn't had a professional cleaning in the last 30 days, your first visit is a deep clean so every visit after starts from a true clean. Members get 40% off it.
