Storm season and snowbird season are part of life in South Florida. When a storm is coming, we help get your home ready: patio furniture and loose items brought inside, balconies cleared and the fridge cleaned out if you're leaving. Prices start at $99.
If you're away for the summer, our $49 home check gives you peace of mind. We visit, walk through the home, look for leaks or problems, and send you photos. Add a cleaning before you come home and you'll walk into a fresh house.

Hurricane Prep & Home Checks FAQ
How often do you do home checks?
As often as you want: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Each visit is $49 and includes photos.
Do you install hurricane shutters?
No. We help with the cleaning and the moving of patio items and loose things. For shutters, repairs and storm damage, our parent company Site Command can coordinate a vendor.
How far ahead should I book storm prep?
As early as you can. When a storm is forecast, our schedule fills up fast.
What happens if you find a problem during a home check?
We send you photos right away. If something needs repair, Site Command can coordinate it.
